Extrusion blow molding machinery manufacturer Kautex Maschinenbau, who has declared its German productionsite in Bonn to be insolvent since last year, found its new buyer.
According to German newspaper General-Anzeiger Bonn, the buyer is Jwell Machinery, the Chinese leading extru-sion machinery manufacturer.
AndresPartner, a German consulting firm, stated that Kautex"s Bonn site, with large proportion of current jobs (155 po-sitions) retained, will continue its full operation under new management.
Based on an unnamed source, Adsale Plastics Network (AdsaleCPRJ.com) learns that this acquisition does not in-clude Kautex's Shunde plant in China.
Headquartered in Bonn, Kautex has been in business for over eight decades, with production facility in both Germany and China. Previous bankruptcy and the recent acquisition did not affect Kautex's production facility in Shunde,Guangdong,China.
